Vow Vox Box [Review]
I was excited to receive my third vox box from Influenster. This box is called the “Vow Vox Box” and this is what was inside.
- Olay Regenerist Luminous Tone Perfecting Cream. This product is something I’ve always wanted to try, however never had the money to spend on it. The product states that in 8 weeks most dark spots on my face will be gone or faded. According to the jar, it should be applied in the morning and evening. I will say that this is worth the money (so far). It has a fresh, clean smell to it, almost like shampoo. There is no greasy feeling after it is applied. The cream can be worm underneath makeup and doesn’t have a heavy feeling. I have dark circles under my eyes from allergies. I’m tracking the progress on the lighten of those dark areas. I have seen this cream priced from as low as $18 and as high as $30.
- EcoTools Pure Complexion Sponge. The box was pretty simple, with details about the product and how to use it. When I first opened it, I felt the sponge. The sponge was rock hard. I thought “this is gonna hurt.” I held it under running water to moisten it up and it became soft. That was so cool. Lathered it up with my regular facial cleaner. Washed my face, it didn’t hurt at all, it worked very well. The sponge is made of 100% natural ingredients including Konjac, which is a plant native to Asia. The EcoTool sponge runs around $5.99. After use just let it air dry, it doesn’t go back to the original form. However, it does shrink up and get a bit hard. I was satisfied with this product and would recommend it.
- Pure Silk Moisturizing Shave Cream. I have always enjoyed using this product. The shaving cream does leave my legs feeling smooth & silky. There are 7 varieties, mine was Raspberry Mist. I didn’t smell any scent of raspberry, just that shaving cream smell. There is a small (5 oz) & large (8 oz) cans. The cost is runs from $1.50 to $2.50. The small can fits great in a weekend or overnight bag. I would use this product again. All & all it works very well.
