Unilever Dry Spray VoxBox [Product Review]

I have never been fond of spray antiperspirants. I was given a 3 ounce bottle of Degree Motion Sense antiperspirants Fresh Energy Dry Spray to test in exchange for my opinion after using this product. After using this product I still do not like spray antiperspirants. There  is still a cloud of spray that floats around and made me cough. The dry spray is still cold in my armpits, but does have a dryness to it when applied. The Fresh Energy scent smells really good.

If you don’t spray this too close to your armpits it’s not cold, however, I tried it once and yes it’s cold. Hold it about 5-6 inches away and it’s nowhere near that shocking temperature. I never know how much to spray for enough odor protection, maybe it’s  because I’m so used to stick deodorants.

What I DID NOT like about Degree Motion Sense Antiperspirant Spray:

  • The cloud of product that appears when product is being used. (Made me cough).
  • Degree Dry Spray claims to last up to 48 hours. Not for me, I felt like I needed to spray more half through my day.
  • Price at $6 something a bottle. I don’t buy spray deodorants so I’m not sure if this is a good value or not. I’m used to spending no more than $4 for the sticks.

What I DID like about Degree Motion Sense Antiperspirant Spray:

  • I liked the open/close button at the top of the bottle. Slide it forward to use the spray and slide it down to lock the spray. I think that would be great for having it loose in a gym bag or in a travel bag.
  • The Fresh Energy scent was wonderful. Fresh, Clean and reminded me of spring flowers. When used properly the Fresh Energy scent lingers for a while. You will notice it when you move around a lot. There area where it was sprayed will still have the scent there. It is a strong scent, which I do not mind at all.
  • There is no residue left on my clothes. No stains in the armpits either, which I have noticed when using stick deodorants.

Do You Want Healthier, Younger Looking Skin? [Product Review]

I recieved a 1 ounce bottle of InstaNatural Advanced Formual Vitamin C Serum complimentary through instanatural.com for testing purposes.  InstaNatural Vitamin C Serum states that it’s organic without harmful chemicals to provide the user healthy and younger looking skin.

InstaNatural Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum

InstaNatural Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum is a blue colored bottle with a yellowish-orange label. There is a glass dropper top so that you have about the right amount to cover your face and neck. My bottle was 1 oz/30 ml. The serum comes with an expiration date, which my bottle is good for about 14 months. However, I will have used it all before it expires. InstaNatural is made in the states, with no cruelty to animals. Some of the ingredients include Sea Buckthorn which can be used for preventing sunburn, healing skin due to acne, dry skin and a few other skins issues. There is Rosehip which helps with scars, dehydrated aging skin. Argan oil helps with acne and can be used to moisturize the skin. There are two preservatives that I found listed in the ingredients, which assist in keeping the serum from going bad. This product runs around $16.00 plus shipping & handling.

I use the serum in the morning after I wash my face. The soap and hard water always dries my mixed combination skin. I can feel the dryness pulling my skin when it dries, so I applied the vitamin c serum afterwards. I immediately smelled the citrus aroma, smells like a freshly peeled orange. I dropped some serum on to the palm of my hand. I noticed that it was thick and an orange color. I rubbed the serum on both hands and then rubbed my face. Immediately my face was slightly sticky or gummy feeling. I felt a slight tingle around my eyes, that went away after a second or two, along with the sticky feeling. I continued with my normal morning facial routine, applying makeup etc. Instanatural Vitamin C serum is very lightweight, didn’t have any problems applying the rest of my makeup, etc.

My face has a brighter and healthy sheen. I have noticed a lightening of my dark spots around my eyes. The spots are not completely gone, they are a bit faded in color.   InstaNatural Vitamin C worked better on my dark spots than the medication provided by my dermatologist and there was no burning sensation on my skin.  I had very little wrinkles around my eyes before I used this product. I will say that the wrinkles I do have around my eyes are not as noticeable or pronounced after using this serum. I had no bad reactions while using this product, no redness or acne outbreaks.

I have reviewed other similar products in the past. I can honestly say that InstaNatural Vitamin C Advanced Formula Serum is my favorite.  Similar beauty products with alcohol (which dries the skin) and other chemicals have not always lived up to my expectations, especially when it comes to the price. I would say this beauty product is worth every penny.

What I DON’T Like about InstaNatural Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum:

  • Sticky feeling that it has when initially applied to the skin. This sensation does fade after the serum dries.
  • It is a bit more than I would want to spend, because of my monthly budget. But it is worth every penny.

What I DO like about InstaNatural Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum:

  • Leaves my face feeling soft and smooth.
  • Has a fresh aroma of citrus. For those that do not like a strong orange scent I do not recommend this. The scent does not last long on the skin.
  • There is a bright, youthful look to my face.
  • My wrinkles, dark spots have faded, but not completely gone.

If you are looking for a natural beauty aide to add to your daily routine, I would suggest trying this product. It’s worth the money and I prefer this over some of the top serum brands that I have tried & used in the past.
