Who doesn’t enjoy a banana? I know I do. Creamy, rich and sweet. Bananas are a good source of not only potassium but several vitamins & protein.
Sometimes I get a craving for something good. I read somewhere that inside is calcium, potassium, fructose and other stuff that is good for me. It’s a great in between meals snack. Thanks to my Beloved for taking my hunger away.

So, the other night I was strolling through some of my Pinterest’s friends boards and I stumbled on some pictures of a recipe called “Banana Pudding Cake.”
It looked easy enough. I figured it was nothing fancy and I had the ingredients in the house any way. Oh I did go and buy a box of Nilla Waters.
So simple….bake the yellow cake mix according to the box. Let it cool, poke holes in the top of the cake. Mix pudding and pour into top of cake. Place in frig for a few minutes. Then take out spread Cool Whip on top of pudding & cake. Add fresh bananas, crumbled Nilla Waters on top. Decorate it how you want to. There are no rules. It was so delicious, I was really impressed!
